Every item is personalized based on what you love — or designed completely from scratch if you have something new in mind. There are no limits to creativity. I can customize or fully design:

How the Process Works

Contact & Selection

You reach out, browse the catalog, and choose the products you want for your celebration.

Inspiration & Form

You share your theme, colors, details, and inspiration, and we chat through anything else needed to bring your vision to life.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to begin the design process.

Design Proposal

I create a personalized digital proposal for you to review, with up to 5 revisions to ensure everything feels perfect.

Approval & Production

Once approved, I bring your designs to life with care, organization, and attention to detail.

Delivery

Your order is beautifully packaged and shipped to you, ready to shine at your celebration.

Changes & Revisions

  • Up to 5 revisions are included with your design proposal.
  • Additional changes: $5 USD each.
  • Minor adjustments (color, text, spacing) are included.
  • Major changes that require a full redesign will be treated as a new order.

Pricing

Catalog items include a base price, and all customizations are added as needed.
If you request extras or special elements not included in the original selection, I’ll notify you of any additional costs before moving forward.

Order Timeline

  • Ideal ordering time: 3 weeks in advance
  • Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and may include an additional fee.

Shipping

I ship to all of the United States. Your items will arrive carefully packaged so everything looks just as beautiful as when it left my studio.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable once custom work or materials have been purchased.
  • Cancellations 30+ days before the event may receive a refund if no work has started.
  • Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 14 days may be charged up to 50% of the remaining balance if supplies were purchased.
  • Cancellations within 7 days will be charged in full.
