Vision & Contact

Contact & Inquiry Tell me about your celebration — the date, the theme, the feeling you want to create. This is where your vision starts to take shape.

Inspiration & Form

Mood Board & Concept I design your personalized mood board from scratch — palette, graphics, and concept created specifically for your event and no one else's.

Commit

Deposit Once you love the direction, a deposit confirms your date and kicks off production planning. Your celebration is officially happening.

Your Approval

Design Proposal You see exactly how everything will look before a single piece is produced. Up to 5 rounds of revisions until you say: "This is exactly what I had in mind."

Production

Custom Making Every piece — backdrops, cutouts, details — is handcrafted specifically for your celebration. Nothing recycled. Nothing generic.

Experience

Setup & Delivery I handle everything. You arrive at least one hour before your guests to a space that looks exactly like what you approved — and better than you imagined.

Changes & Revisions

  • Up to 5 revisions are included with your design proposal.
  • Additional changes: $5 USD each.
  • Minor adjustments (color, text, spacing) are included.
  • Major changes that require a full redesign will be treated as a new order.

Pricing

Catalog items include a base price, and all customizations are added as needed.
If you request extras or special elements not included in the original selection, I’ll notify you of any additional costs before moving forward.

Order Timeline

  • Ideal ordering time: 3 weeks in advance
  • Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and may include an additional fee.

Shipping

I ship to all of the United States. Your items will arrive carefully packaged so everything looks just as beautiful as when it left my studio.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable once custom work or materials have been purchased.
  • Cancellations 30+ days before the event may receive a refund if no work has started.
  • Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 14 days may be charged up to 50% of the remaining balance if supplies were purchased.
  • Cancellations within 7 days will be charged in full.
